almost there....

U ever feel like u were so close to something u could just feel it? That's how I feel now. Yesterday we had rehearsal until like 2am.....after me, roc, t, raf a gunnar went to Denny's (Tata slept in the car). We were talking and it came up how people may not respect what you do or "hate" on you. But really it makes u think when people "hate" I see it as a sign of weakness for them because 1. They can't do what you or 2. They probably can't do it as good AS you.
In the words of kanye....use it as steam to empower your dream. !!!
We know we are not the greatest musicians....but by the end of the day, I can say....U can't do what I do! So chase your dream, and have faith in yourself. Anything is possible!

almost there....

Busy Bees....

June 16, 2008....I feel tired!!! Like really tired. We just did 3 shows in 2 days, I know we are just traing for our future...but its been fun, there is nothing wrong with having fun with what you do. Do I think the world will love us? YES! But at this point, I feel like every show is important and we constantly have something to prove. But it makes it more difficult and yet so much better when you win over a crowd!!!

June......

Wowzers!!! Talk about being busy and time flying.It's June already and we are busy as hell!!! We just had another photo shoot like two days ago....at like 5am. Pictures came out pretty good though. We didn't even get any sleep. Things are happening and happening fast, and i really got to realize that sometimes we don't stop and think about how far we have come.....and that is in reference to everything! I mean....about a year ago, our band wasn't even complete, and we were doing shows in some broke down bars!!! Now we have a great manager, team and vision of what our goals are. in a time frame of a year we went from playing bars to doing what we love doing full time!!! God has a calling on my life as well as anyone else. us as a band and as individuals have been though alot.....but yet its for a reason...how many lessons we've learned along the way are crazy but for a reason. Yisser

patience...

April 19th.....still in the studio for our e.p. It is coming out really good, I will enjoy it as will other people.....I know it. Its a lot of work, we started recording this stuff in November! And we have a lot of new songs we are ready to record, but we are taking it slow and doing it right. That is what truly matters. At the same time I'm trying to think of photo concepts for the band as well. We're really gonna be high fashion, I at least want us to be. So even if we suck, at least we'll look good. Yisser. Patience is everything these days.
